28-3 Number stamped on window balance. 29" Length of metal hemmed channel balance. Sash Weight 16 To 23 lbs. 1/2" x 1/2" Non-tilt window balance. 
Similar to our 60 series but with a hemmed edge.
***Note: Top and bottom balance ends must be ordered separately. We strongly suggest replacing the sash guides on the side of your window as well.
