RISK OF LOSS    All items pruchased from DDS llc WindowAndDoorParts.us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
CUSTOM MADE SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE In order to serve you better, we offer our machine shop facilities for items no longer available. A deposit may be required for custom made/special order material. We will not accept any returns or cancellations for custom made parts.
SHIPPING Stock items - shipped within 1-3 business days upon receipt of order. Window balances that need to go to the shop for a cord end change may take longer. Non-stock items will be shipped when received to our warehouse or as specified. Our standard shipping cost is $9.95 for orders in the U.S.. Additional shipping charges may apply for long or large items to AK, HI or the Virgin Islands.

Stock items - Order must be made before 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time and Subject to size limitations and Product availability. ALL Products must fit into Box size

RETURNS No material will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA# must appear outside of all cartons) Please call 727-386-4629 for RGA#. A 25%** Restocking charge will be assessed to all returns for reasons other than DDS Window And Door Parts errors. RGA numbers must be issued within 30 days of shipping delivery date. All returns must be Post marked within 30 days of Shipping Tracking receipt delivery date. Returns after said date will be returned as a Credit to your account. No returns after 30 days of delivery date. Custom Made/Special Orders are not subject to return.We cannot refund item(s) that are: Scratched, broken, used, or with missing or replaced parts; Special order, final sale or "non-returnable" as identified on original web listing or by sales representative; Damaged in return shipping process due to lack of proper packaging and padding.
**Our normal price for shipping is $9.95, our shipping usually costs more and you may incur the difference in shipping charges in some cases.
CLAIMS It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments for shortages and damages (concealed or otherwise). If damage has occurred it is your responsibility to report it to DDS LLC within 2 days of tracking receipt delivery date and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Claims for shortages are to be filed with DDS llc. All claims are to be made within 2 days of tracking receipt delivery date.
