1. Can you replace screen door handles?

2. What are some ways to make my screen door handle last longer? 

The best way to make a screen door handle last longer is not to abuse it. Many people have a bad habit of yanking on the door handle, slamming screen doors, and torquing or twisting the door when it doesn’t give. Not only is this bad because it can break your screen door handle, but it can also literally twist the door itself, requiring you to replace that. The best advice is just to be gentle with your patio and screen door handles.

If you can find a screen door replacement handle that lines up, you may be able to make it work.
