Today I've been on and off the phone with an employee by the name of Matt. I was in need of a window balance and tilt latch for a Krestmark window. I was put on hold, had to send photos of the parts needed, was called back and so on. I have to say, I've never been more satisfied and appreciative of the service I received from Matt. He made sure I ordered exactly what I needed and took the time to verify every detail. Please, please see that Matt is commended for his customer service he provided me this morning. Whether you give him a pat on his back, shake his hand or give him a kick in the pants, he deserves it. I think he is an asset to your company and businesses that provide that level of customer service will surely succeed.
