At this point, I can only review the customer service which was most helpful and patient taking and shipping my order which arrived promptly, well packed and in good condition. Since the installation is not yet completed, I cannot speak to the fit but the quality of the product is very good with reasonable pricing.

I needed a custom cut bar; With phone support on measuring, the bar sent fit perfectly and the window operates like new. Couldn't be happier and saved a ton of money over replacing the entire window. Many Thanks!!
