THE FIRST CYLINDER i RECEIVED WAS UNWRAPPED AND HAD A SHORTENED SHANK- PROBABLY A RETURN. i RETURNED IT AND RECEIVED ANOTHER THAT HAD THE FULL SHANK. i COST ME ANOTHER $10 IN SHIPPING. iT WORKS FINE. mY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT i HAD TO PAY FOR 3 SHIPMENTS, WHICH WAS MORE THAN THE COST OF THE CYLINDER ITSELF. tHE PERSON ON THE ORDER DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL AND A GREAT REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR COMPANY.

Just a clarification from the owner. We do not send used parts to anyone. Customer below received what we show on the site a 1 3/4" shank however he needed one longer by chance we had a cylinder with a shank that was 2 1/4" and sent to the customer and did not charge him a re stock fee.....
