For some time now, I have been searching for window parts for my aluminum windows in buildings/apartments without success. Two of your competitors were not only unhelpful/very poor customer service, but were just short of rude. Luckily a window dealer here in Athens, Ga. recommended Strybuc. After speaking with a very pleasant and helpful lady (Angie George/Penn?), I was forwarded to Sam Ramos (Customer Service Ext. 212, in your Miami (?) location. His immediate response was “I will help you and find you what you need”. And he did. Every business should have a Sam Ramos (he was reassigned to your warehouse there, now). He without a doubt did everything necessary for me to secure what I needed, as one very pleasant human being. You are lucky to have him in your employ. I was then forwarded to Nick Mariano/a located at Strybuck South where I did the ordering/payment. Again one very kind, pleasant representative that quickly processed my order and made the whole experience a good one. Nick knows his merchandise as he knew exactly what I needed and got it done.
