We ordered a patio door handle system. It arrived in the time stated. It fit just fine. Price was acceptable, although my better half wanted me to purchase a different one at half the price that I would have had to spend three hours "adjusting" the door to make fit. The one we bought was so much better than any handle/lock system that I would have to "ADJUST".

Ordered a door handle over the phone and was very pleased with the service and shipping! The original door handle lasted almost 15 years with a lot of wear! So happy to have another!

This was exactly what I needed. I think it was amazing that I could rebuild my door lock and handle after the initial installation 30 year ago. I liked the larger handle. Fast service as well. You saved me a lot of money as I was able to easily install myself!

The product was just what I was looking for. The only problem was the screws were too short and I had to get new ones.
