Emtek multipoint swing door handle set. 2" x 10" Modern Rectangle Backplate. Multipoint trim lever set with American style cylinder above lever. Emtek configuration #2. Back Plate: 2" Wide x 10" Tall. Includes lever. 

Configuration #2 fits on doors by Biltbest, G-U and Hurd (Energy Saver).
