Emtek Concord 2" x 10" multipoint swing door handle set. Emtek configuration #6. Back Plate: 2" Wide x 10" Tall. Includes American style cylinder for 1-3/4" thick doors.

Configuration #6 fits on doors by Milgard, Amesbury, or Pella.
