We own two homes of which one we are in the process of selling. Our patio door is probably 10yrs or older and we needed a new handle and other parts for it. We live in a small city in Northeast Tennessee and there was no one locally that we could get the parts from. I started researching online and found this site. I spoke with Nick about the part and he had it. He sent it out with 2 day delivery. Got the handle, but realized we needed another part for the door which we had failed to order initially. Again, went to Nick and he walked me through measuring to make sure we got the exact part, then he ordered it for me. Again 2 day delivery and the handle works great. This may not seem like a big deal, but our house is getting ready to close and we needed the parts ASAP to make this happen. I would rate this company a 5 star company. The customer service is outstanding. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Extremely pleased!!!!!!!!

Had a local business try to find this door handle but they were unable to. Found and ordered the handle from this web site on my own and saved $$$. Excellent service from distributor, but key supplied with lock did not fit. Had to cannibalize lock from broken handle, which, thank goodness had been retained. This should not happen were quality controls in place.
