The item was perfect for our house. The previous owners had a broken handle and could not figure out what to do. The markings on the inside and this web site and I was finally able to get Handle with a lock. It is the same quality as the original. I know where to look for any replacement parts for my sliding glass doors or windows

I tried to order this part from a local distributor for Weathershield and was given the run-around for three weeks without making any progress. Was not sure if it was a problem with the distributor, the manufacturer, or both. BTW, still no answer after 4 1/2 weeks. I Googled the part number on the inside of the handle and came across this site. It was really easy to find the part I was looking for with excellent product descriptions and photos.
