Thanks I got the replacement latch component the other day, quick shipping. Now I have found I have to move the latch on the door frame… But once done it will be quite nice!

The website was very helpful, helping me to find the part I needed when all I had was a model number for a handle. It offered two locking system and for the small difference in price I went with the one they suggested. It installed easily and fit and works well. Was surprised how quickly you got the piece out the door (must have been only hours), and it was here in one day. Of course, fit perfectly. You might want to know that the latch "rolls out" a bit higher than the original, which necessitated on this particular door expanding the screw holes on the latch to raise it a tad. Blessed is the internet these days. Patio door lock gave up the ghost, went hunting, you folks seemed like a reasonable bet. Surprise, a LOT better than just a bet. First, a recommendation for a better replacement lock for just a few bucks more (it is), then you got it in the mail the SAME day (!), presto, secure house again. You folks I tell everyone about. Just to let you know the part was received yesterday and it was the correct part. Your website is very good in that it not only has a diagram of the parts but the measurements. This was very helpful in making sure I ordered the correct item.

product is fine - price with shipping is very high unless buying in quantity. For a one-off needed purchase seems like you at mercy of seller

Great service and extremely knowledgeable about the correct part to use. The only issue I have is when the door is completely closed the latch does not hook up And I have to push back about 1/4" for the latch to catch. Will use this company again if I need parts.
