The right replacement for my worn out mechanism. Installation was not too difficult (despite my limited skill set), but there were some minor differences from the nearly 10 year old parts we were replacing, and I wouldn't have minded having some instructions enclosed. Most importantly, I have nothing but the highest praise for the assistance I received in identifying the correct parts in the first place - I doubt that I could have ever figured it out on my own.
