My impact-resistant sliding glass door did not lock. I ordered part # 16-460, Interlock 2 Point Mortise Lock. The part arrived in one day. I installed it, but I did not do it right. I called for assistance and both gentlemen who helped me were extremely professional. With their advise about adjusting the rollers, the lock and the doors work perfectly. Thank you!!!! You both were awesome. You saved me about $200.00. Recommend you highly.
