Hoppe HLS7 Multipoint Door Top Extension with Upper Swing Hook and Shootbolt. 
Commonly used on Kawneer 2000T terrace doors with middle extension 2667343 (sold separately).

The Active Swinghook / Shootbolt version offers the highest level of security through the swinghooks which extend the reach into the door frame for added protection against extreme weather conditions. The Shootbolts engage into both the head and sill of the door frame for added confidence and security. The Active Swinghook / Shootbolt version offers
the maximum strength both horizontally and vertically.
