G-U Ferco Cremona 45/92 Active Door Shootbolt Lock 854-12337

GU Cremona 1.75" (45/92) Backset Manual Door Lock Gear with Shootbolt, Black Faceplate.

This is the gear and bottom shootbolt with a Matte Black Faceplate. Top Shootbolt 854-14429 sold separately. Optional extension available for doors greater than 81" 854-14415. Installation Screws: 854-11100.

Manual version engages multipoint when door handle is lifted.
Added vertical strength is a proven benefit of the shootbolt version providing extra security through the locking points in the head and sill of the door.
