CUSTOMER SERVICE, WOW!!! If customer service matters to you, look no further. Five months after my purchase I was having issues locking my door, I called Window and Door Parts and Matt answered. I explained I was having trouble and he said don’t worry we’ll resolve this over the phone. He helped trouble shoot every conceivable issue, gave me thirty minutes of his time, we discovered the issue had nothing to do with the latch they sent me, my hinge had worn down juts enough the alignment was off. He could not have been more patient or accommodating. Many thanks for the help Matt!!!
