Ashland Active concealed multi point door lock with 60mm Backset. 1" long standoff and rectangle faceplate. Rod Thread Coupling: 1/4-20.
Non-handed. Commonly used on Milgard doors. Milgard lock HA6708MI.

How To Reverse the Handing on an Ashland Single Point Door Lock.
Refer to Photo below

1. Before the latch is installed. Locate the Latch Release mechanism. With a screw driver or similar tool. Push it into the hole and move it up until the latch pops out of the housing. Remove tool.

2 & 3 Rotate the Latch 180 degrees. With your finger push the Latch back into the housing.
