Function: Central lock, slip-on version for aluminum stiles, with adjustable spring latch and tilting bolt, ready for rod connection for top/bottom fastening mechanism.
Compatible with European cylinders, has a burglar-proof tilting bolt.
Reversible spring latch (RH or LH), adjustable from 10 to 15 mm.
Bolts operated with the cylinder.

To Change Handing:
Push in Spring latch, Unlocked Position
Insert screw driver in round hole on back of lock case and push latch out.
Pull latch out and Rotate.

Giesse OS Operator Mechanism for casement and awning windows with restricted opening. Two-handed mechanism that moves the sash of a Top or Side Hung aluminum casement, creating 2 locking points on the casement. Standard version total length: 725mm(28.5"). Giesse OS1 Operator Mechanism: 02000. Includes two lock points.
The OS Operator mechanism has three functions:
- Moves the window from closed to fully open (limited) and vice-versa
- Provides 2 locking points on the handle side
- Provides for a limited Egress 4 inch Opening
You can adjust the 2 locking points both in compression (+/-3.2 mm) and side (+/- 3 mm).

Giesse never stands still, and has upgraded the OS Operator mechanism once again with the introduction of the new version 2.0. Outswing windows can now be fitted with locking points on 3 sides, greatly improving the Air/Wind/Watertightness of the window, and its overall strength. The OS Operator 2.0 is also compatible with small window sizes, widely used and in demand on different markets
Product highlights
- The OS operator 2.0 system to be applied requires a specific profile cross-section.
- The front force for opening the sash must be < 50 N. For forces > 35 N it is mandatory to use “loose rivet” arms.
- The OS operator system performs a dual function.
- The sash is moved from the closed position to the open position, limited in safety.
- The locking points engage and disengage.
- With OS operator 2.0 you can apply locking points (sold separately) connected by a rod made of polyamide, on 3 sides of the casement (mechanism side and arms side)

Reversible, it is applied both at the top and at the bottom of the door. Bolt tip with cut-proof characteristics, in order to ensure a great hold on the
strikers and high break-in security.
Bolt tip stroke 21 mm.
Compression adjustment +0.6 mm on the strikers with the eccentric bush provided (except on the version for groove 15x18).
Fixing to the profile with the two pre-assembled fixing grub screws, without any machining on the profile.
