The product I received from AFM llc was the exact replacement I was looking for! After wasting time on other sites trying to find a match, one call to Nick @ AFM quickly settled the issue and it arrived one day later! The only thing I would change is the ability to buy more of the thumb latches with the order as these are the parts that usually breaks. All in all I would rate this company as a solid "10" on a 1-10 scale!

Worth the money for an exact replacement.

This was my first experience with Windows and Door parts. I was struggling to find the correct sliding glass door handle and Nick was fantastic and super helpful! I was worried that the offset of my door would require a custom handle, but with Nick's guidance, I received the correct handle, which installed in minutes!! Thanks again!

The first item I ordered was the wrong part and it was all my own doing. So I called and spoke with Nick and after explaining our issue he said that this was the part I needed. Nick was VERY helpful and VERY patient while we discussed our problem and in the end this turned out to be exactly what we needed. And I received credit for the wrong part in a very timely fashion. Definitely would recommend talking to Nick if you have any sliding door issues!

Great replacement. I had a sash control handle but this handle is a lot more sturdier and nicer. Thanks for the recommendation Matt
