Looked high an low for these local, Lowes and home Depot , no luck. There are a few types of these handles and various screw distance and door thickness ( yes it matters because of the lock tab) so make sure and measure twice to be sure that you order the correct one. Works great now. Got the lock mech on this same order. Thanks for the help!

The exterior handle on one of our sliding doors gave up the ghost and dropped to the ground. It had been in place serving us well since 2004. I ordered replacements here. They went on perfectly using the original holes. Everything lined up. All I had to do was tighten four screws. If only everything in life were this easy.
