Solidly built handle replaced an older handle on a patio door which had been broken. This part isn't cheap (compared to the big box store handles which wouldn't fit this door), but it is built like a tank and I expect it to last for many years.

Great product, good quality. The only issue was the keyed portion that you must grind down the key "tail" based on required measurements that are not included in the overall instructions.

Received my order quickly and love the look of the new handle. I did have to use my dremal tool to shorten the tabs that go into the slot in the door but it wasn't difficult, only took a few minutes.

Nice company to do business with. Had a small problem with my order (ordered wrong part) and Nick stepped right in and took care of it.

These are quality parts and the most helpful customer service I have run across in a long time.
